- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Beautiful site, building, grounds and mountain backdrop. Well worth the visit. Loved being able to see the Lavender growing and in full bloom this late August day. Lots of bees on the flowers. The staff didn't seem to have any problem with the many people in the flower rows taking photos. The Vineyard sits between the Lavender gardens and the mountain backdrop. You can sit on the hill beside the fields and just take in the view. Love the little shop. We went into the restaurant and asked about devonshire teas but they said they don't serve those. Would love there to be have been a Cafe for casual refreshments. I recommend an hour or so visit. Bring a camera.
